You might have noticed we’ve fallen off the radar a bit over the past few months, the reason for this is that we wanted to make sure we had a cohesive strategy available to our users, no matter what stage of their journey they were at. We’ve poured a lot of time and effort into that and are pleased to have some shiny new CPD accredited courses which sit side by side with the originals to form a holistic strategy for improvement.

So let’s start at the beginning explain the philosophy….it's a lot like that game in the arcade where you put pennies in and hope for a coin slide at the bottom, the difference is that instead of relying on sheer luck, there’s a strategy behind our approach.

Let's call it The Penny Falls, for now.

Here's a scenario

Our investors give us their pennies and right now, we drop them into our organisations in the hope of improving our weakest area, we hope that if successful, the penny moving through the levels causes a landslide of profits at the other end but 9 times out of 10 it misses its intended target or gets stuck in that one area and fails to contribute fully to the overall success of the business, serving to make marginal improvements in one specific area.

Our proposition is that we invest that penny into the organisation and guide it

through each level by implementation of our CPD accredited training and coaching in the 5 key functions of the organisation;

-People - their skills, attitude, values and behaviours

-Safety - safe people, safe habits, safe systems, safe processes, safe structure

-Quality - of the standards, actions and leadership

-Delivery - of products and services 100% on time and in full

-Performance - management of costs & profits through value stream management

At each of these areas, our penny increases in value and fosters collaborative organisational culture which then results in measurable improvements and recognisable reward.
